For over 20 years, our staff has been designing multi-- residential units for such names associated with quality as Tridel Corporation, H&R Construction, The Forrest Group, the Daniels Corporation, GenerX Corporation and many more.

In the retirement and long term care field we have worked with established companies such as Hearthstone, Chartwell, Kingsway Arms, Amica, Diversicare, Origin, Viva, Sifton and more.

Also with in the design/build sector, we have provided services for clientele such as Gottardo, Charter Construction, Wagener’s Meats, McKay Cocker, Wharton Design Build, Erin Mills Development Corporation, DiBlasio Corporation, Bautech Developments and Best Way Stone.

Arsenault Architect Inc. has been heavily involved with Habitat for Humanity Toronto. Since 2001, our firm has provided designs for over 100 Habitat Homes. We are proud of our relationship with Habitat for Humanity and, in 2005, we were sponsors of one of their new homes.

Industrial

The designing of functional and efficient buildings for industrial use has always been a facet of the Arsenault Architect Inc., portfolio of work. This type of project requires an understanding of the design criteria revolving around the manufacturing industries. The staff at Arsenault Architect Inc. has had numerous years of experience and expertise in this field.

Arsenault Architect Inc.’s personnel has been responsible for the design of numerous industrial type developments of varying scales and uses. Mr. Arsenault has overseen the design and construction of over five million sq. ft. of industrial warehouses and shipping and receiving centres. He has also worked on automotive facilities, production facilities, office additions, and expansions to industrial facilities.

Our office was involved in the completion of two industrial projects in the Mississauga area. One of these projects is the flag ship building in Canada for Carstar Automotive Collision.
