These projects have also ranged in size from small two storey street front projects to larger scale mixed use of retail and commercial developments, office and condominium occupancies.

Alliance Family Fitness Corp.

aainc_alliancefitness.jpg A one storey 35,000 sq. ft. fitness centre with two second storey mezzanines, located at Highway 10 and Annagen Blvd. in Mississauga. This building forms part of the overall master plan with the AMC Theatres and other retail facilities.

Retail - Orilla

aainc_orillia.jpg A one-storey 12,700 sq. ft. retail strip development for Charter Construction located in the West Ridge Commercial area of Orillia. This multi-tenanted project was completed in the summer of 2005. It was Phase 7 of the project.

York Power Centre

aainc_yorkpower.jpg This project located at Highways 7 & 404 in the “Restaurant” area of Richmond Hill is comprised of 4 buildings comprised of “Mr. Greek”, “Bubble Tea”, a Japanese restaurant and a multi-tenant building. “Bubble Tea” and the Japanese restaurant are currently complete with the balance expected t be completed later in 2007.

Wagener's Meat Products

aainc_wagener.jpg A 12,000 sq. ft. addition and retrofit to an existing meat packaging plant in Etobicoke. This project was completed in 2004 and consisted of new refrigerated storage areas, new offices, parking and landscaping with the new facade.

Arsenault Architect

aainc_aainc.jpg A complete retrofit of the building exterior with landscaped and paved areas. This was completed in the summer of 2004 for our office. The exterior is clad with metal panels with a Japanese garden landscaped area including concrete plates and two new illuminated signs.

Food Basics Grocery Store

aainc_foodbasic.jpg A Food Basics supermarket located in Orilla. This building measures 40,388 sq. ft. The design features a double height glass entry area on the front facade utilizing materials such as stucco, architectural block and steel and also incorporates a pharmacy drive-thru window.

Area: 40,000 sq. ft.
Budget: $2,500,000

Maple Grove Centre

aainc_maplegrove.jpg This project is located in Oakville at the corner of Maplegrove Road and Cornwall Road. The project consists of over 60 professional offices each 1,200 sq. ft. Currently in the Design Development Phase, construction is expected to begin in mid to late 2007
