This project located at Highways 7 & 404 in the “Restaurant” area of Richmond Hill is comprised of 4 buildings comprised of “Mr. Greek”, “Bubble Tea”, a Japanese restaurant and a multi-tenant building. “Bubble Tea” and the Japanese restaurant are currently complete with the balance expected t be completed later in 2007.
