Done in association with the Forrest Group, the Rondaya is a one hundred sixty million dollar luxury hotel located on the coast of Costa Rica. Arsenault Architect was responsible for the designs and layouts of two twelve-storey towers of hotel suites as well as the production and coordination of construction drawings for the project.
